La Conception Assistée par Ordinateur, de son acronyme « CAO », également appelé « CAD » (pour « Computer Aided Design », fait référence à l’ensemble des outils informatiques qui permettent de réaliser une modélisation numérique d’un objet.

Le CDO fait partie de ces fonctions nées avec le développement de la transformation numérique des entreprises. Aussi nommé certificat numérique ou clé publique, le certificat électronique permet d’identifier et authentifier une personne physique ou morale. Ce certificat permet également de chiffrer des échanges et donc de les sécuriser.

Il est signé par un tiers de confiance chargé d’attester du lien entreprise l’identité physique et virtuelle.

Il s’agit d’un logiciel dans la capacité de dialoguer avec une personne physique par le biais de conversations automatisées. D’abord de simples agents conversationnels puisant dans des bibliothèques de questions/réponses préenregistrés, les chatbots évoluent de plus en plus. A travers l’intelligence artificielle ces robots sont désormais capable de donner le change à l’interlocuteur avec des conversations qui tendent vers le naturel. Le chatbot « s’auto-alimente » avec les conversations pour apprendre, en exploiter le contenu et assimiler de nouvelles compétences.

Ce terme désigne les serveurs et logiciels accessibles sur Internet. Autrement dit, ces serveurs ne sont pas physiquement au sein de l’entreprise mais dans « les nuages », ou, plus précisément dans des datacenters. L’avènement du cloud a permis de renforcer l’accessibilité à des solutions logicielles à de nombreuses entreprises, notamment les plus petites. En effet, ces dernières, pour la plupart, ne disposaient que de peu de moyens (humains et financiers) pour s’équiper.

Ce terme désigne la gestion de la relation client au sens large. Dans le milieu digital, on parle de CRM pour désigner le logiciel de CRM. Cet outil permet de capitaliser sur les données clients pour suivre, piloter principalement trois pôles de l’entreprise :

Le marketing : bases de données, suivi des campagnes, analyses des ROI, tracking du comportement, etc.
Le service commercial : suivi des prospects et des clients, prévisions de vente, gestion du tunnel de vente, etc.
Le service client : suivi et gestion des demandes de supports, mesure de la satisfaction client, suivi des maintenances, etc.

Ce terme désigne la stratégie qui consiste à exploiter plusieurs canaux de vente ou de communication en mettant à profit les interactions entre les différents canaux.

L’apparition du digital a incité les organisations à mettre en place des stratégies multicanales. D’une part, les canaux physiques (les points de vente par exemple), d’autre part les canaux digitaux (un site e-commerce, par exemple). La stratégie cross canal a pour vocation de casser les silos et profiter de toutes les synergies.

Aussi nommée « production participative », le crowdsourcing est une pratique consistant à faire appel à des non professionnels, ou du moins des personnes externes à l’entreprise (de clients par exemple) pour contribuer à un projet.

Fortement favorisé pour le développement d’internet, le crowdsourcing peut par exemple donner naissance à la création d’une marque ou encore d’un spot publicitaire avec la contribution de toute une communauté.

Une attaque informatique est une action malveillante et volontaire visant à causer un dommage sur des données informatiques. Les cyberattaques peuvent toucher aussi bien des entreprises que des particuliers et prennent plusieurs formes : vol de données, usurpation d’identité, espionnage, sabotage, demande de rançons, etc.
